Botomation stands firmly behind the quality of our AI solutions. We operate on a strict "Nothing to Lose" guarantee to ensure our clients face zero risk when choosing us.
The "Nothing to Lose" Guarantee (100% Refund)
We believe you should only pay for value. Even if we have completed the entire setup, configuration, and deployment, you are eligible for a 100% refund of all setup fees and service charges paid to us if the system remains unused.
- Zero Usage Condition: If you decide not to launch or use the automation after delivery (zero usage recorded), we will refund every cent you paid us, regardless of the time, labor, or costs we incurred during development. We absorb the loss so you don't have to.
Bug Liability & Financial Penalty
We do not ship broken code. However, if a critical bug or failure occurs due to an error in our logic or development:
- We Take the Hit: We will not only fix the issue immediately at no cost, but we will also apply a financial penalty to ourselves.
- Compensation: We will reduce your invoice or issue a partial refund to compensate you for the disruption or loss caused by our error. We hold ourselves financially accountable for the stability of our code.
Exclusions to Refunds
While we refund 100% of the money paid to Botomation, we cannot refund payments you made directly to third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI API credits, Hosting providers, or WhatsApp API fees paid to Meta), as these funds are not held by us.
