This Services Policy governs the engagement between Botomation ("we," "us") and the Client regarding AI automation, chatbot development, and software integration services.

Scope of Work & Custom Pricing

We do not offer fixed-tier pricing. All services are rendered based on a custom "Scope of Work" (SOW) agreed upon before the project commences. We are responsible for delivering the specific features explicitly listed in the SOW.

Risk-Free Engagement

Our services are backed by a risk-free commitment. If the delivered solution does not meet your needs and remains unused, we offer a full refund of our service fees as detailed in our Refund Policy. We prioritize your peace of mind over our profit.

Quality Assurance & Accountability

We hold ourselves to the highest standard of code quality.

  • Bug-Free Standard: We test rigorously to ensure we do not ship bugs.
  • Accountability Clause: If a disruption occurs due to our oversight, we accept financial responsibility. We will discount your service fees—effectively paying a penalty for the error—to ensure you are compensated for any operational loss.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary platforms (e.g., Shopify, CRM, Hosting).
  • Provide clear and specific requirements.
  • Review drafts and prototypes in a timely manner.

Third-Party Costs

Our service fees cover development and configuration and also third party fees except WhatsApp and Instagram API Charges. The Client is responsible for maintaining their own accounts with Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram). We are not liable for service interruptions caused strictly by third-party platform outages (e.g., if OpenAI goes down).

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment (or settlement of the project), the Client owns the specific workflows, output data, and custom configurations generated for their business.
